02 Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich (owner: René Münnich).

When your browser requests a page or file, the hosting server receives technical information needed to deliver it. This includes your IP address and the requested resource, and can include the time of access, browser information and the referring page sent by your browser.
Customer access logs and visitor statistics are disabled for our hosting account. The hosting provider may still process technical security and error information needed to operate its infrastructure, diagnose faults and protect against misuse.
Server log legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in delivering a reliable website and protecting it against misuse.
Server log retention: We do not enable customer access logs or visitor statistics. Any necessary provider security records are retained according to their security purpose, such as diagnosing faults or investigating a specific incident, and any applicable legal obligations. We do not specify an unverified fixed deletion period for those provider records.

If you email Eggtainment, we process your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments to handle and respond to your enquiry. Please send only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords or unnecessary information about children.

04 Cookies and browser storage
The website application does not set cookies or use persistent local storage. When you dismiss the privacy notice, session storage remembers that choice in your browser tab so the notice stays closed as you browse. The entry, eggtainment.privacy-notice.dismissed, contains only the value 1, is not sent to our server and is cleared when the tab session ends. It is not used for tracking.
The website has no accounts, contact form, newsletter sign-up or checkout. You can browse without registering or providing contact details.
05 Analytics
We do not use visitor statistics, third-party analytics scripts, advertising trackers or personalised advertising on this website. The website application does not create visitor profiles or make automated decisions about you.
06 Embedded third-party content
The website does not load third-party video players or social widgets. Fonts, images, style sheets and scripts are served from this website.
07 Links to app stores and external services
When you follow a link to an external website or app store, that service receives your visit and handles data under its own privacy information. Product privacy pages describe Eggtainment product processing separately from this website.
08 Legal bases under the GDPR
Technical delivery and security processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are to make the website available, resolve technical problems and prevent misuse.
We handle contractual and pre-contractual enquiries under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and other correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us. Processing required by a statutory obligation, including applicable retention duties, is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
09 Data retention
The criteria for technical record retention are described in the hosting section. We retain correspondence for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and any related follow-up. Relevant messages may be retained longer where required by statutory record-keeping obligations or necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
The relevant criteria include whether your enquiry has been resolved, whether a contract or dispute is still active, and whether a statutory retention duty applies. When there is no longer a lawful reason to retain personal data, it is deleted.
10 International data transfers
ALL-INKL.COM operates its hosting data centres in Germany. Email delivery can also involve the providers you use to send a message; their processing is covered by their own privacy information.
Where a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area falls within our responsibility, the requirements of Chapter V GDPR apply, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. You can contact us for information about the processing of your specific enquiry.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive portable data, subject to the applicable conditions. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

This website presents Eggtainment products and information for visitors, parents and guardians. It does not offer child profiles or account registration. The dedicated MEILENWEG privacy page will describe the children’s app separately before release.

The date above identifies this version. We update this policy when the website services or processing practices change.
